Join in a Homestead Community, Organic Permaculture Farm with a focus on shared edible landscaping and a smaller footprint lifestyle.

On a shared sunny 18 acres with an ocean view property. With a variety of grape vineyards, fruit orchards a common forested area watershed, a common playing field and beautiful ponds for watering and swimming. 

We are looking to share with like-minded individuals who are interested in self-sufficiency, growing organic food, eco-building projects, agri-tourism, value-added farm goods and a sustainable lifestyle.

Sites are with Ethernet, Water Spigots, limited to 15- 20-amp Power Service and Common Gardens. Alternative energy practices encouraged and use of composting toilets only.

Some shared facilities are available.

No dogs as this is a working farm and cats are already plenty.

Serviced RV/Tiny home Rental Space Available - Salt Spring Island

$900/month for serviced rental space and limited shared use of rural property

Inquire only if you have your own well-maintained RV or Tiny Home already
Long term, experienced TH or RV dweller preferred
No partying, smoking, industrial activities, ATV

If you meet the above criteria:
*Please send by email: full name, phone number, employer, photos, model, and age of your mobile residential unit (RV or TH).
If you are selected for an interview, 2 references from employment and previous tenancy will be required.

Included in rental:
fully serviced gravel pad is 700 sq ft (20 ft x 35 ft) plus space for parking one vehicle;
certified potable cold water line and engineered septic outflow port within 3 feet of pad footprint;
access to 5G wifi on the property within 15m of all buildings;
indoor pets may be suitable by written agreement with landlord (no dogs);
access to shared laundry, clothesline;
easy, level access, deer fenced, close to main road near end in fairly quiet neighbourhood;
transit and trails, forest, watershed nearby.

Additional:
30Amp power provided at extra metered cost every two months charged on top of pad rental $900 cost.
Dry unheated workshop/storage (up to 300 sq ft) space may be available for additional cost.
Note that current tenant has 37 foot unit and anything longer will not fit.
