Beautiful treed spot on a rural property. 5 minutes drive from Quesnel, BC, in a very safe and friendly neighbourhood. Wifi included, ample space for your own gardens if desired.
$550/mo for off-grid boondocking
$650/mo including limited water and power usage.
With our current set-up, your power and water needs cannot be high, and you must have an off-grid/composting toilet as there is no sewer hookup at this time (however it may be a possibility for the future). Water is spring water from an artesian well. The area gets a fair bit of sun for solar panels. No generators please.
Preference given to someone who can do handyman work, yard work, gardening, and/or pet sitting, with negotiable lower rent, depending on how much you can help out. If we get chickens, or you want to have chickens, that is something that could be negotiated as well. (there is a coop)
Please be aware that the spot is not totally private as it is in close vicinity of other houses and it is not far from a road.
Pets are negotiable depending on the pet. The roads are plowed in winter however winter tires are advisable/needed in this area.
